What's Involved?
As an Associate Teacher, you will:
- Work full-time, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupil development.
- Dedicate 6 hours per week to your own learning and development.
- Join the Level 6 Teacher Apprenticeship course, with QTS awarded within 15 months.
- Experience a blend of academic study and school-based practice that links theory directly to the classroom.
- Be supported by an Academic Mentor and Work-based Education Officer from Staffordshire University.

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for pupil progress and development within your classes.

- Develop and enhance your own teaching practice to meet the evolving needs of learners.
